1. Subscription Refunds

All subscription plans (Explorer, Growth, Total Care) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the subscription start date.
  • After the 7-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PayHere within 5–10 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the ebook library until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your ebooks, contact us for assistance.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your order ID, email address, and reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through PayHere (operated by Mega Superb Holdings Pvt Ltd). Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
